What is Partners Place Elon?

Partners Place Elon is a condominium community built specifically to meet the needs of Elon students (undergraduate as well as graduate) and other young professionals in the Elon / Burlington community.

Where is it located?

Our community is located one mile east of the Elon University Campus off Haggard Avenue on Campus Walk Trail.

What is included in each unit?

Each Partners Place Elon unit includes 3 bedrooms each with a private bath and walk-in closet, a den/dining room, living/great room, well-lighted sunroom, kitchen with refrigerator w/icemaker, microwave, disposal, range, dishwasher, washer, dryer and pantry. Click here to view unit specs.

What is the square footage of each unit?

Each unit has over 1500 heated square feet.

How many floors are in each building?

There are three floors in each building with four units on each floor. The first and second floor units have 9’ ceilings and all third floor units have vaulted ceilings with skylight.

How many buildings will be located on the site?

There will be nine buildings situated in a campus-like setting located among beautiful landscaped trees and grounds. Our Building schedule will consist of two phases.  Phase I will begin November 2005 with grading, site work and the construction of (4) buildings to be completed by December 2006. Completion of several site amenities will be Summer 2007 while other amenities will follow later with Phase II construction. Click here to view community info.

What is the exterior of each building?

The building will have Hardiplank siding with beautiful stone accents.

What amenities are located on the grounds?

A courtyard with fountain will accent the center of the grounds. There will be a car spa, sanded volleyball court, basketball courts, horseshoe pits along with grills and picnic tables located throughout the site to be used and enjoyed by the residents. In addition, residents will enjoy password-protected and secure Wi-Fi Internet access around the fountain area.

Will there be enough parking for residents and guests?

Partners Place Elon will have (3) parking spaces available for each condominium unit (one per bedroom) plus an additional 50 spaces for guests.  Ample parking for residents and guests alike.

What amenities are included in each unit?

Each unit will include secure High Speed Wi-Fi Internet access, cable TV w/HBO, an alarmed security/intrusion system, all appliances including refrigerator with ice-maker, range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer, kitchen pantry, breakfast bar, recessed lighting, 9’ ceiling with ceiling fans and metal entry door with peep hole. Each unit also includes a sprinkler system and A/C powered smoke detectors w/battery backup. All windows come standard with metal mini-blinds.

What kind of flooring will be installed in each unit?

Each unit owner may choose between carpet or hardwood floors.

What kind of heating and air-conditioning will be in each unit?

Forced air and heat will be supplied to the units from individual high-efficiency electric heat pumps. 

Will there be homeowners dues?

Homeowners dues will be $195.00 per month which will include the cost of maintenance of the buildings and grounds, outside building and pole lighting for the community, management of the association, insurance for the buildings along with High Speed Wi-Fi Internet access, cable TV, water, sewer and on-site garbage collection.  At closing a capitalization and HOA start up fee will be accessed at $500.00. 

Safety/Security Considerations?

The Developers have gone the extra yard to ensure that all residents at Partners Place Elon know they live in a comfortable, safe and secure environment. Their commitment to this end is reflected in the amount of safety and security amenities available as follows: Alarm intrusion/security system per unit, metal entrance doors with peephole and deadbolt locks, Individually keyed bedroom door locks, sprinkler system in each unit and several electric smoke alarms with battery back-up.

Will there be handicap units available for purchase?

Yes, the Developers will be building 3 handicap units per phase of the development and those units will be identified with all inquiries.
